Learning Objective

To draw the image of the furniture before creating the furniture layers.

Like most of the other tasks in this book, Photoshop has a special shortcut to perform this step that is useful to remember. To photograph your physical items, follow these steps:

1. **Open a new file in Photoshop CS5.**
2. **Click File** ⇒ **Open** (Windows) or Photoshop ⇒ Open (Mac). Navigate to the location of the image you want to use as the background and, if necessary, right-click and select Open. If you are using a scanned image, drag the image into the document window. If you are using a photographic image, find the actual image on your computer’s hard drive and drag it into the Photoshop document window. (See Chapter 10 for how to add an image.)
3. **Click the Background layer to make it active.**
4. **Click Crop.**

The Crop dialog box opens and may be slightly different from the one shown in Figure 12-6.

5. **Enter an area within the image to crop.**

The crop box opens automatically at the center of the image, as shown in Figure 12-6, but you can easily drag the box to a different area of the image.

6. **Close the crop box.**
7. **Click OK.**
8. **Click Image** ⇒ **Adjustments.**

The Adjustments panel opens, as shown in Figure 12-7. You can make adjustments to the image in this panel as well as in the Layers panel.

Let’s Begin!

The first thing you should do when you get into Photoshop, is press and hold Control+E to open the File Menu. From it, you will be able to access the Import Screen where you can import images of various formats.

There are two options, open and save. If you open an image, it is saved with the same name. If you’re already familiar with importing files, you can choose Save to import the file later.

Opening an Image

Choose the image from which you want to open and press Control+N or click Open to open the Import Screen.

Now, click the Add button and choose JPEG. The JPEG format is the most common for images, especially those on the web and any other image that does not need large file sizes.

You can also select other formats by clicking the drop-down arrow button.

If you don’t want to use an image, choose Cancel and stop here.

Marketing Cloud: How to “Create a list of subscribers and assign the subscriber to a campaign”?

We’d like to be able to “Create a list of subscribers and assign the subscriber to a campaign” as in the example below but I can’t find a way.

The list is already in SFMC. So we’d like to ask it the subscribers the Campaign ID and match that to the list. How can this be done?

You can either do it via API or via Editor.
You can do it via API using the function adOrcRecipients in API.
It should look like this:

You can assign the subscriber to campaign by passing as paramter the campaignId of the list you want the subscriber of to, when you create the subscriber.
The function adOrcRecipients takes as paramter :

The id of the subscriber to be assigned to the campaign.

1. Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a semiconductor device having a circuit including a thin film transistor (hereinafter referred to as TFT) and a display device. 2. Description of the Related Art
In recent years, a technique for forming a thin film transistor (TFT) by using a semiconductor thin film (having a thickness of approximately several to several hundred nm) formed on a substrate having an insulating surface has attracted attention. A TFT is widely applied to an electronic device such as an IC or an electro-optical device, and especially, their development as a switching element of an image display device, has been accelerated.
A TFT using an amorphous semiconductor film, a TFT using a polycrystalline semiconductor film, or the like is used for the switching element of the image display device. As a method of forming the semiconductor films, there are an optical method, a laser method, a method of generating plasma by high frequency, and the like. In particular, the laser method is an excellent method because a glass substrate or the like is not ablated and a large area substrate can easily be processed. The TFT using the laser beam is formed on a substrate by a step of forming a film by the use of a pulsed laser beam which is obtained by dividing a pulse-shaped laser beam by a shape of a mask and an absorption shape of a resist, and scanning the divided beams.
Note that a substrate in the present specification indicates a substrate such as of glass, quartz, or the like.
A substrate for forming a TFT of a related art has a problem of low throughput because a laser beam is divided by a mask having a shape of a pattern and a resist. Therefore, in the case of a technique for forming a TFT in a large area, sufficient laser beam cannot be obtained from one shot and laser power must be increased, but there is a problem in that characteristics of a TFT are significantly degraded by increasing laser power.
